We're sorry to hear that! If your product arrived damaged, please follow these steps right away:

  1. Before Opening the Box

    • If the box is visibly damaged, take clear photos of the box before opening it.

  2. Take Photos of Everything

    • Damaged item(s)

    • Outer packaging

    • Shipping label (must be visible in at least one photo)

  3. Contact Us Within 7 Days

    • Email [email protected] with:

      • Your order number

      • Description of the damage

      • The photos listed above

  4. What Happens Next

    • Once we assess the issue, we’ll offer:

      • A replacement

      • A refund

      • Or another suitable resolution

Note:
In some cases, we may request the return of the damaged item.
