Cancelling an order

Most of our products have a processing time of between 0 and 2 business days depending on the item, during which you can email us about changing or cancelling your order.

Please note that some items will ship within 2 hours of an order being placed. If you haven't emailed us within this timeframe from the same email address that was used to place the order, the order will be shipped and we may not be able to cancel it.

If the item has already shipped, you won't be able to cancel an order and it will have to be returned to our warehouse in order to receive a full refund. The item must be in it's original packaging.

If your order hasn't had a tracking number assigned to it, please email us quoting your order number from the email you used to place the order requesting a cancellation. We endeavour to respect all cancellation requests where possible. If the item can't be cancelled, we will help you to return the item once it is delivered to you.
