And use your order number and your email address.
This will find the order and request the return. As soon as the request is accepted, an email with the return address will be sent to you. Please also include your order number within the box on a piece of paper and your name so we can identify the package and refund you for the item.
Please keep the item sealed if it's in sealed condition.
Once we receive the item back into our warehouse, we will process the refund as per your request.
If you do not have access to a printer, you can write your name and order number clearly on the outside of the box. Additionally, if the return email includes a specific return address, you can write that address on the parcel label instead of printing a label. Double-check that the information is accurate and legible to avoid delays in processing your return. It is also recommended to keep a copy of your return tracking number for reference.
